Sacred Threads: A Meditation & Mala Making Workshop
Join us for a soulful 2-hour workshop where creativity and intention come together in a sacred, hands-on practice. Participants will be gently guided to reflect inward, learn a little about the history of the mala (prayer beads), set a personal intention for their mala, and learn simple meditation and breath practices to support mindfulness, grounding, and inner peace. As each bead is strung, the mala becomes more than a beautiful object—it becomes a spiritual tool infused with meaning, prayer, and purpose. At the end of the workshop, each participant will leave with a handmade mala to take home as we bless each strand in ceremony before you leave.
