Join us inside The Meadows every third Sunday at 7pm for an immersive sound bath experience guided by Garden of Eden. Led by Tandy, each session is designed to help quiet the nervous system, restore balance, and create space for deep rest and reflection through vibration and sound.

Using more than 20 instruments inspired by Native American sound healing traditions — including sound bowls, chimes, songs, drums, and other meditative instruments — Tandy creates a layered sonic experience that gently guides guests into relaxation and restoration.

Please dress comfortably. Yoga mats, blankets, and eye masks will be provided, though you are welcome to bring your own favorite comforts from home. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to settle in and fully ease into the experience before we begin.
